We have started Natural Runners Camp Resort.（ナチュラルランナーズ・キャンプリゾートを始めました）

Finally, we have started having our own runners camp resort!!!
It is at Big Sheep, Sai Yok, Kanchanaburi, Thailand!!!
ついに、ナチュラルランナーズ合宿所を開設しました！
場所は、カンチャナブリ県のサイヨークです。

On JAN 7 (SAT) and 8 (SUN), we coordinated our first natural running camp.
We arranged the opening ceremony, too.
11 beloved friends of ours were there with us to join this.
1月7日（土）、8日（日）に、開所式と初合宿を行いました。
11人の親友達が集まってくれました。

Day 1 : Morning
We enjoyed running around our quiet natural neighbor.
(It is totally different from the noisy busy Kanchanaburi city center.)
1日目：朝
先ずは、合宿所付近を散策ジョグ。
騒々しいカンチャナブリ市内より北西に50KM。
静かな田舎で、自然そのものです。

Day 1 : Afternoon
We enjoyed running 10KM hill.
1日目：午後
10KMの上り下りラン

And, we took a rest.
Natural wooden house is so comfortable.
そして、自然の木造キャビンで休憩。

We enjoyed dinner, beer, cool fresh air, shining stars, talk, friendship…
おいしい夕食とお酒、フレッシュな空気、瞬く星、楽しい話、友情、、、

And, this time, we arranged farewell gathering for our Head Coach, Nonaga-san, too.
そして、今回は、クラブのヘッドコーチ野永さんの送別合宿でもありました。

Day 2 : Early morning
We have served simple, but natural and nutritious vegan breakfast.
We enjoyed slow food, watching the Kwai RIver’s slow flow and birds’ singing.
2日目：早朝
シンプルだけど美味しくて栄養価の高い朝食。
クウェー川のゆったりとした流れを見ながらのみんなでの朝食は最高です。

2日目：朝
サイヨーク国立公園で、トレールラン！

Having our camp resort to support runners has been our dream for many years.
ランナーズ合宿所を持つことは僕たちの長年の夢でした。

We truly appreciate;
*Mr. Kulsak, the owner of BIG SHEEP, who has given the biggest support to us.
*Mr. Thomas, who has been encouraging us always in so many ways.
*PRIZE, the healthy rice snack, which has given the kindest sponsorship for this event.
*All of our lovely friends, family, staffs, who have been working with us hard and giving encouragement to us.

We have just made our first step.
There are so many points we need to improve.
We will keep on going.
とにかく、皆さんのおかげで、一歩を踏み出しました。
まだまだ改善点だらけですが、前へ進んで行きます。
