Their 2016 September issue features Thai vegetarian week.
年々盛んになってきたタイの菜食週間。
今年は、10月1日〜9日までの9日間です。
Thai vegetarian week has become more popular.
This year, it is from October 1 to 9.
この時期、よくメディアの皆様に、取材をしていただきます。
そのほとんどは、菜食を提供するお店としての紹介です。
Before/During Thai vegetarian week, many Thai magazine or newspaper companies feature us, Bonita, as vegan cafe.
しかし、今回は、そんなどころではありませんでした。
However, this is much more than featuring us.
菜食メニューを4種考案して、レシピと料理方法をご提供するという内容。
We have created four kinds of veggie dishes, sharing recipe and cooking.
その企画から始まり、素材調達、実際の料理作り、試食、撮影、、、
We have worked together for this planning, cooking, tasting, shooting…
いや〜、楽しかったです。
I have truly enjoyed this.
そして、出来上がったのが、この圧巻の7ページ!
And, the magazine has come out, like this!!!

We hope you have had great time in Canada.
O-san, actually, Ogawa-san… The editor and photographer…
She is amazing.
Her job was art.
She spent so much time on taking photos for each dish.
Also, her editing was just amazing.
Obviously, she was/is enjoying what she is doing.
I have seen some similarity between both of you.
