2016 First Full Marathon – Thailand 100 Miles Run Club

Thierry-san and I of Thailand 100 Miles Run Club ran 42K, today, on JAN 5.
Thailand 100 Miles Run ClubのメンバーのThierryさんと、今日１月５日、４２KMを走りました。

This is my/our first full marathon in 2016.
僕/僕達の２０１６年最初のフルマラソンでした。

Thierry-san is a French barefoot runner, living in Thailand.
We have been training barefoot for a couple of years.
He understands the real concept and benefit of barefoot running.
Today, Thierry-san ran all the 42K without shoes.
I have seen lots of improvement in his running.
Thierryさんは、タイ在住のフランス人ベアフットランナーです。
彼とは、もう数年、ベアフットランの練習を一緒にしています。
ベアフットランの意味/長所をちゃんと理解しています。
今日、彼は、４２KMを完全素足。
かなりレベルが上がっていました。

I ran 42K, barefoot for 14 KM, and with Vibram Five Finger Shoes for 28KM.
僕は、１４KMを素足、２８KMをVibram Five Finger Shoesで走りました。

We ran together very slowly, as planned.
This was a training for Thierry-san’s Chombuen full marathon race, on JAN 17.
一緒に、計画通り、非常にゆっくりと走りました。
今回は、Thierryさんが１月１７日に出走するChombuenフルマラソンの練習でした。

We, Thailand 100 Miles Run Club, are full of runners, who will do lots of challenges in 2016.
僕達Thailand 100 Miles Run Clubは、２０１６年いろんなことに挑戦する仲間でいっぱいです。

“If you want to run fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
“速く走りたいのなら独りで行け。遠く走りたいのなら一緒に行こう。”

This is my favorite African proverb, and our club’s slogan.
これは、僕の好きなアフリカの言葉です。
そして、僕達のクラブのスローガンです。

This year, 2016, we will witness and experience lots of running wonder and miracle.
今年２０１６年も、ランニングが引き起こす数多くの奇跡を経験/目撃することになると思います。
